- 4 oz. coffee mocha ice cream.
- 6 oz. hot coffee.
- 2 T butterscotch topping.
- 2 tsp almond liqueur.
- Whipped cream to taste.
- 1 T crushed toffee pieces.
Directions:
- Add the ice cream to a large coffee mug, and add in the coffee.
- Stir in the butterscotch topping and almond liquor.
- Serve with whip cream to garnish.

Ingredients:
- 4 T sugar.

- 1 tsp almond extract.
- Crushed Ice.
Directions:
- Combine the cardamom and the coffee and brew as usual.
- Stir in the sugar and almond extract, and let sit, you want it to be lukewarm.
- Pour in 4 glasses and add crushed ice. Each glass should be ¾ way full.
- Stir in 1 T heavy cream.
- Serve.

3. 12 Hour Ground Coffee

Cooking Time: 12 hours.
Ingredients:
- ½ lbs. dark roast coffee.
- 8 C water, cold.
- ½ tsp vanilla.
- 14 oz. sweet milk, condensed.
Directions:
- Stir your coffee and water, and pour into a pitcher, making sure it’s well combined.
- Let stand out at room temperature for about 12 hours.
- Pour coffee through a strainer into a larger container so you can get rid of all of the grounds.
- Pour coffee into a pitcher.
- Stir the sweet milk with the coffee.
- Serve with ice.

4. Iced Thai with a kick

- ¼ C ice.
- 1 T heavy cream.

Directions:

- Stir the coriander, cinnamon and other seasoning in with the sweet milk.
- Add in the spiced milk with the coffee.
- Pour everything into a jar with a lid.
- Let chill for 15-20 minutes, add ice when ready to serve.

Ingredients:
- 3 C Hot Coffee.

- 2 C half & half.
- 4 C milk.

Directions:
- Combine the coffee and sugar in a freezer bowl, and stir until the sugar dissolves then let chill in the fridge.
- Stir in the milk, vanilla and cream.
- Freeze overnight.
- Remove from freezer about 2-4 hours before serving, crush or chop.
- Let it thaw slightly, and serve.

6. Spiced Coffee

Ingredients:
- 8 C brewed coffee.
- 1/3 C sugar.
- ¼ C chocolate syrup.
- ½ tsp anise extract.
- 4 cinnamon sticks.
- 1 ½ tsp whole cloves.
Directions:
- Using your slow cooker, combine the coffee, sugar, and other ingredients, but add the cinnamon and clove in a cheese cloth bag first.
- Add everything to your slow cooker and cook on low for 2-4 hours.

7. Coffee Braised Ribs
Serves: 4 to 6.
Cooking Time: 4 ½ hours.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. short ribs.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- 2 T olive oil.
- 1 C dry white wine.
- 1 C STRONG brewed coffee.
- A chopped yellow onion.
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped.
- 2 tsp chili powder.
Directions:
- Start with seasoning the ribs, using your salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the ribs, be sure to turn them every few minutes, it may take 6-8 minutes to cook.
- Move the ribs to a different plate, and add in the wine and coffee to your skillet.
- Cook on high and kind of stir in the brown tips, this is going you to be your rib sauce.
- Add the ribs back into your skillet with the onions, garlic and the chili, and move everything over to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for about 2-4 hours.
- Uncover and cook another 30-45 minutes.
8. Coffee Angel Food Cake
Serves: 6-8.
Cooking Time: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ C egg whites.
- 1 ¼ tsp cream of tartar.
- ½ tsp salt.
- 1 ½ C sugar.
- 2 tsp hot water.
- One tsp espresso.
- 1 1/8 C sifted cake flour.
- 1 tsp pure vanilla.
- Glaze.
- ¼ C espresso.
- 8 oz. powdered sugar.
- Vanilla frozen yogurt.
Directions:
- Start with preheating your oven to 375.
- Using a mixer with the whisk attachment hip the egg whites, you want them to be light and fluffy.
- Stir in the cream of tartar, salt and whisk the sugar into the mix, it will become stiff.
- Using a small mixing bowl, stir the hot water and coffee together.
- Prepare the cake flour and fold into the egg white, you can do this in batches if needed.
- Fold in the coffee mixture.
- Spoon everything into a tube pan and bake for about 30 minutes or so.
- For the glaze stir everything together until well combined and pour over the top of the cool cake.
9. Coffee Muffins
Serves: 12.
Cooking Time: 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- ¼ C brown sugar.
- ¼ C chopped pecans.
- 1tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1 ½ C flour.
- ½ C sugar.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- 1 egg.
- ¾ C milk.
- Oil.
- Glaze.
- ½ C powdered sugar.
- 1 T milk.
- 1 tsp vanilla.
Directions:
- Start off with mixing your cinnamon, pecans and sugar then set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
- In a third bowl combine the milk, egg and oil.
- Stir the egg mixture in the with the dry ingredients, and combine until nice and moist.
- Add the batter to your muffin tins with or without the cups.
- Add the nut blend on top of the muffins and then sprinkle last bowl of mic over that.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
- For your glaze combine the ingredients and spoon or drizzle over the muffins.
- Serve warm.
10. Coffee Freeze
Serves: 4.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 C milk.
- Ice.
- 1 C Cool whip.
- 1 pkg. Vanilla pudding, instant.
- 1 T instant coffee.
Directions:
- Add milk into a measuring cup, then add ice to measure out to 3 C.
- Pour into a blender.
- Add in frozen Cool whip.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in 4 glasses.
11. Orange Spiced Coffee
Serves: 6.
Cooking Time: 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 C ground coffee.
- 2 orange slices, peeled.
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon.
- ¼ tsp nutmeg.
- 1/8 ground cloves.
- Cold water.
- ½ C light cream.
- ¼ C brown sugar.
- 2 T orange liquor.
Directions:
- Start with a coffee filter basket, and add the coffee, oranges, seasonings into it.
- Make coffee using the coffee maker, this should make 10 C.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients into the coffee pot.
- Serve.

12. Creamy Maple Coffee Punch

Cooking Time: 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 8 C hot water.

- 2 C maple syrup.
- Heavy cream (2 C).

- Add the water to a large pot and bring to a boil, once it starts boiling, remove from the heat and add in your coffee, vanilla and syrup.
- Let this cool in the fridge overnight if possible (or freezer for about an hour or so, just to let it chill).
- Stir in the cream, and serve out of a punch bowl with plenty of ice.

- Chocolate ice cream (1 pint).
- 1 C heavy cream.
Directions:
- You want to go ahead and make this in the serving bowl or punch bowl you will be serving from.
- Stir together everything but the ice creams, combining until the coffee granules have completely dissolved.
- Drop the ice creams in there a little at a time, and swirl around to make sure everything is well combined.
