Directions:

Pre-peel and chop the organic bananas and place them in a freezer bag four hours prior. Once the chopped organic bananas are frozen, place them into a blender along with the other ingredients. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and even.

  • 2 organic bananas.
  • ½ cup of Coffee of choice.
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk, or almond.
  • 3 tbsp. of coconut flakes (optional).

  • 1 med. organic banana, peeled and chopped.
  • A tbsp. of raw honey.

Directions:

Brew a fresh cup of Coffee of your choice first. Place the Coffee and the chopped organic bananas in the freezer to chill for at least 10 minutes and no more than 20. After you remove the Coffee and organic bananas from the freezer, add them into a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend the mixture until it is completely even and smooth.
