1. Iced Coffee (Dunkin Donuts)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ice cubes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of extra fine ground coffee ( powder consistency).
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom or 1 cardamom pod.
  • Sugar (optional).

Directions:

Take water, sugar and heat them to boiling in small size saucepan.

Then take away from heat.

Take coffee, cardamom and add them.

Then bring the saucepan back to heat and let it come to boil

Once coffee foams, take away from heat.

Once again, bring it to heat, letting to foam and remove from temperature.

Then pour into cup and let it sit for a couple of min.

You can serve cardamom pod in cup for additional flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup black coffee.
  • 1/4 cup milk.
  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream.
  • Almond extract (1 tablespoon).
  • 1 cup ice, crushed.
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.
  • Cinnamon, for dusting.

Directions:

Take milk, ice cream, black coffee, almond extract, crushed ice and place them in blender jar.
